Working out After Baby

today is The first day I decided to work out, Tone My belly!

My son Hayden is 6 months old...

 7:30, Hayden  crying, get up, Breastfeed Hayden, Feed Hayden pablum, Put hayden in Jumper

10:00- Tyra is on---- Watch T.V. Devour 1 chocolate pudding cup, 1 egg,and 2 slices of bread with cheese wiz on, Feel Like Crap...

 

10:30 Hayden To Nap---Weight in 130 lbs, 5 foot 10"

11:45 Work out time, 12 minute Mile, Ahhh I used to Run a 6 min Mile... Ahhh

11:00- Hayden Awake--- BreastFeed. Drink A Glass Water

11:45- 11 min Mile,

11:55- Eat another egg, Hayden Still Jumping... Where does he get his energy.

12:00- Whats For Dinner... ? Cleaning, Take package of Bison out of the freezer, 1 lbs (As if i want another 1/2 lbs)

12:22- Hayden Crying-- Stop doing dishes see to Hayden.

1:00- Feed Hayden

1:50 - Listen to Phototips Podcast, Put hayden in Bed for afternoon nap

2:00- hayden not asleep yet... Rock-A bye Baby till he goes to sleep

2:30 Hayden Finally Asleep

3:00 Hayden awake Feed Hayden more breast milk... Clean up 

4:00 Cook Dinner---

4:30 Still Cooking While trying to entertain Hayden

7:07 Dinner made, Hayden Fed... Hayden Crying in his bed... Time to clean up and prep... Husband will be home in 20 min

8:00 Eat Dinner

9:00 Hayden to bed again...

9:30 Kayleigh And Husband to Bed

I really wanted to get another bit of running in but i guess not today
