Hi, I'm new to the iFit community and also the world of exercise in general. After a heart attack a few months ago (May, 2009) I've recently decided to purchase a NordicTrack AudioStrider 990 Elliptical machine (I received the machine about two weeks ago) to help with my recovery and continuing exercise that I'll need from pretty well now on for the rest of my life. The elliptical machine comes with an iFit slot so that's how I ended up here. I'd like to know more about the programs or SD cards that are availible as well, so if anyone can share some information that would be great. Also if anyone has any ideas or suggestions about excercise they would care to share with me, please don't hesitate to send me a message. (and all suggestions, either positive or negative are welcome) Also you can feel free to add me as a friend if you'd like.
