Don't waist your calories on what you drink

Would you rather have a candy bar or a can of soda? A calorie is a calorie whether you drink it or eat it. Water is the best source for your daily fluid needs. Remember that sugar sweetened soft drinks and fruit juices add extra calories to you daily diet that you don't need. Instead of having a glass of juice try eating an apple or a orange. Whole fruits are more filling because of the the fiber content. You may also find that you feel more satified by the pure act of chewing vs. drinking.
