Crazy Treadmill Circuit Workout under 40 Minutes

If you find it difficult to find the time to exercise, try doing this workout 3 times a week and see what it can do for your body. The workout is only 30 minutes from start to finish and you will get your strength and cardio training in for the day.  All you need is a treadmill and a set of hand weights. You will notice a difference in your body fast!

2 minutes Overhead Tricep Extensioins    
2 minutes Treadmill 5.5 mph 8%
2 minutes Standing Calf Raises    
2 minutes Treadmill 5.5 mph 6%
2 minutes Standing Shoulder Presses    
2 minutes Treadmill 5.5 mph 4%
2 minutes Folding Chair    
2 minutes Treadmill 5.5 mph 6%
2 minutes Plank    
3 minutes Cool Down 3 mph 0%
