Hi, my name is Kristie Brooks and I've been an certified personal trainer for over 17 years. I have 3 kids and a full time job and I know how hard it is to find the time to get healthy and fit. I've created a program that is great for the busy working mom, the stay at home mom, or anyone that what's to have a super lean body!!!
The daily program will be posted as we go. The first thing you will need to do is find a way you can be consistant. That means no matter what the weather or time of day you are able to exercise. The best way to stay consistant is the have a piece of fitness equipment in your home. A treadmill, bike or elliptical are great.
