I'm 38 years old and have gained a few pounds due to a back and neck injury from a car wreck, plus working as an Engineer I have a desk job. Several of the guys at the company where I work decided to have a wieght loss competition.

I have used the exercises shown on IFIT and have seen progress in my fitness and endurance.

After the competition is over I hope to stay active and coach a local high school baseball team.
