Hi,

My name is Tony, I am 46 male and living in Brisbane Australia.

I have always been fairly fit and active, however  I feel that I have the need even more so  now to excersise after  a recent operation on  my  spine due to a lifting accident. I have had clearance from both my doctor and physiotherapist to carry out excersise again so all is good.  I currently  use the Nordic Track Treadmill EX3600 and looking to purchase some of the ifit workout cards to get me on the right track. Which I am not having much joy in tracking down here in Australia, hopefully soon they should be available.

Anyway enough for now, and on with the exercise.
