I am a 29 year old mother of one 2 (almost 3) year old daughter. About 8 years ago I bought a treadmil that was programmed for ifit. Though I never had a computer with internet access. I've moved many times and my treadmil is still sitting where it was placed in my parents' basement when I got it. I plan to move closer to my family before this coming summer and I plan to take my treadmil with me. Until then, I need to lose weight. I have a pinched siadica from a car accident 10 years ago which makes it hard to sit, stand, walk, lie down, let alone exercise. The last time I weighed myself 12-23-08 I weighed 236.4 lbs. (clothes and shoes). I'm 5'3" and I think my ideal weight should be 120 lbs. When I got pregnant with my daughter, I was well on my way to reaching that goal. I was at 140 when I got pregnant. I was 222 lbs the day I gave birth. My husband and I have moved 8 times since. I'm far from where I want to be physically and geographically. I trying anything to lose weight and my diet royally sucks! My husband doesn't eat veggies and I can't stand wasting food. He also hates leftovers and is very picky and demanding. Which is stressful to me, I don't do good with stress and sometimes I think he gets a 'thrill' out of making me angry. Then he complains that I'm never happy and acts very childish which doesn't help. I can't stand an audience while working out and am very, very tired all the time.
