About me:
I am 43 and a runner..running used to allow me to eat what I want, has not seemed to work thqt great for the last three years and I am finding myself 20 pounds heavier than before I hit my 40's...despite all the running. from what I have been reading It looks like I need to step up the intensity of running and maybe cut back on calorie...
goal..run harder and shorter
eat less...
lose weight!!..........
