6. Terrain Training in the Balkans Series—Walking and jogging workouts with iFit Trainer John Peel

Immerse yourself in Eastern Europe and get ready to build your endurance as you pass through old towns, Lake Bled, and the ancient Predjama Castle. Throughout 20 beginner-to-intermediate workouts, you’ll explore multiple types of terrain to build both your endurance and strength.
