Creamy Balsamic Vinaigrette

I love balsamic salad dressings, and I adore creamy ones even more. However, the creamy variety can get pretty calorie dense. In order to enjoy a creamy dressing with that great, tart balsamic flavor, we used nonfat Greek yogurt. By adding a little of that to what would otherwise be an oil-based balsamic vinaigrette, you’ll get that smooth texture with less calories and fat.
