Fresh Veggie Matzo Pizza
- 2 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese
- 1 sheet matzo
- ⅛ teaspoon garlic salt
- ½ cup veggies of choice, chopped
- Spread the cream cheese evenly onto a sheet of matzo.
- Sprinkle with garlic salt and chopped veggies. (I like zucchini, carrots, tomatoes, and red onions.) This doesn’t store well, so enjoy it fairly quickly after making.
