It’s beginning to look a lot like iFITness! We’re getting in the holly jolly state of mind for this month’s Challenge, so bring on the fir trees, baked goods, colorful lights, and shiny gift wrap. Join us for a festive adventure full of incredible sights across the globe, energetic workouts, and your favorite iFIT Trainers. Whether you’re looking for snowy scenery or tropical getaways this month, we’ve put together the perfect blend of fire and ice to keep your spirits high all through the holidays!

If you complete all of the workouts from your selected level for the 12 Days of iFITness Challenge by December 31, 2022, you’ll instantly earn an exclusive reward that will be viewable in your Trophy Case! Once you’ve completed the Challenge, you can download your shareable reward.

Here are this month’s Challenge levels:

Treadmill and elliptical workouts

Walking: Grab your walking shoes as we count down the 12 Days of iFITness! We’ve curated 12 walking workouts from Norway to Jamaica, the iFIT Studio, and more! Whether you want to beat the cold in the tropics or get into the holiday spirit in winter wonderlands, join us and put your best foot forward for the holidays! This Challenge is available from December 131 to earn your digital reward.

Running: Before you enjoy those delicious holiday treats, work up a sweat and explore the world as we count down the 12 Days of iFITness! Get into the spirit of the season with your favorite iFIT Trainers as you run in winter wonderlands and tropical locales across the globe. This Challenge is available from December 1—31 to earn your digital reward.
