Grilled Chicken Summer Pasta

In just 20 minutes, you can have a delicious, restaurant-worthy pasta dish that everyone will love. They key is Cajun seasoning, which adds a little heat and whole lot of flavor to the summer corn and tomatoes. Plus, with peppery arugula and savory Parmesan cheese, this dish comes together to form a summer salad you’ll want to make again and again.           1. Cook the pasta. Drain and set aside.
          2. Heat the butter in a large skillet. Add the tomatoes, chicken, corn, and Cajun seasoning.
          3. Cook for two minutes, then add the pasta. Toss in the arugula.
          4. Cook until the arugula begins to wilt. Remove.
          5. Garnish with Parmesan, if desired.
