Have a desk job, or are you someone that the next thing you know your 16 episodes into 24 or Lost, or maybe you’re even a Bachelor fan (no judgment here). Sitting for too long can be hazardous to your health and the worst part is sometimes we don’t even realize we’re doing it.

We have a solution for you to at least get up 16 times between those 16 episodes or have an excuse to take a 5 minute break from that meeting that is lasting just a little too long. The Move Time feature on iFit Active is to help you get up and moving after long periods of inactivity. You can adjust how often you want to be notified in your settings. Sometimes a friendly reminder is all you need to get going.

Getting To Your Move Time Settings
1. Start in Dashboard
2. Press the menu icon in the top left corner to open the menu
3. From the menu, press the bottom left icon to enter your Settings
Select “Advanced” from the list to edit your Move Time settings.

Turning Move Time On/Off
To turn Move Time on and off, just press the slider button. You can then press the time below to change the time the device will wait to notify you to get moving. For example, my move time is set to 31 minutes. So if I am sitting on my couch for more than 31 minutes, my iFit Active device will vibrate and notify me to start moving again.
