If you haven’t worked out with iFit Trainer John Peel yet, you’ll soon realize why he’s a member favorite. His positive energy and motivating enthusiasm is undeniably contagious, and you can’t help but want to push a little harder and go a little further.

“There is no better feeling than a good sweat. It’s the best way to feel alive.”

About John

John is known for “Gettin’ it done.” As a former Division I football player and celebrity trainer, John knows the drive it takes to achieve results. Using his extensive knowledge and fitness experience, he’s opened up his own personal gym called the Sweat Garage. There, he specializes in circuit training and transforming bodies and minds. He designs his workouts to be very dynamic while maximizing time and energy. His style is fun and fast-paced, and his workouts always include these three things: supersets, elevated heart rate, and lots of core work. You can always expect a good sweat!

He currently resides in Arizona with his wife, daughter, and three dogs.
