Live Workouts have officially arrived! iFit is thrilled to offer this exciting, new feature to our members. You can join other iFit users for workouts in our trainers’ home-based gyms on your bike, treadmill, or tablet. 

Like many of us, iFit Trainers are working out at home right now. Live Workouts are broadcast from their homes, so you’ll get an inside look at their home gyms while working out!

John’s style is fun and fast paced, and his workouts always include supersets, elevated heart rate, and lots of core work. His main goal for you? To sweat!

Elyse Miller

Elyse has helped others reach their fitness goals for the last 17 years. She focuses on good form to ensure the best results for every workout, whether it’s strength training or a cardio workout.

Chris Clark

Chris’s training style is motivating and constantly changing, with a focus on pushing his clients to do more than they think they can.

Stacie Clark

Stacie loves to embrace an active, athletic lifestyle, combining functional movements with challenging exercises that engage the entire body. 

Gideon Akande

Gideon’s versatile training techniques will challenge your body as he consistently motivates with his positive attitude, contagious energy, and wholehearted belief in each person’s success.

Ashley Paulson

Ashley is a runner, Ironman athlete, and a self-proclaimed cardio junkie. Look for her to bring high energy and encouragement to every workout for that extra push to maximize effort. 

Hannah Eden

For years, Hannah Eden has honed her craft as a coach and athlete. She leads high energy workouts, focusing on functional strength and animal flow. You can expect her workouts to be a little wild, but always a good sweat.

Paulo Baretto 

Paulo Barreto focuses on unique, total-body exercise using HIIT, strength training, and kettlebells. His workouts will challenge you through quick, fluid exercises.
