Nourish: Fill in the Gaps

When we crafted Nourish, our goal was to make a once-a-day, personalized nutritional drink that would leave the others in the dust. We didn’t want an ordinary protein shake with fillers and only a handful of vitamins. We wanted something you could depend on for all of your nutritional needs. We get it—life gets busy, and it can be hard to get a perfect balance of nutrients every day. So Nourish makes up the difference for you by delivering your fruits, veggies, protein and 25 essential vitamins and minerals all in one, delicious shake.

We made sure that our nutritional drink isn’t a one-size-fits-all, because in life, that’s rarely the case. The first big difference between our drink and other nutritional drinks is that it’s gender specific. So we don’t just recommend that women have a smaller serving of a generic brand, because we know that women also need more iron, calcium, and folic acid than men. And don’t worry, guys. We didn’t forget about you, either. We know that men need higher amounts of our vitamin B6,  vitamin E, biotin, and vitamin A.

And we didn’t stop with gender. Our nutrition team and trainers took it a step further and  set out to find a wholesome way to fulfill your nutritional needs by formulating each mix for your unique needs. We factor in your diet, exercise habits, allergies, and goals. For example, if you follow a plant-based diet, we’ll give you more vitamin B6, vitamin B12, iron, and calcium, all of which are typically low in plant-based diets. If you’re running marathons versus just lifting weights, we know you’re going to need more carbs, so we take that into account. You can be confident that your nutritional drink mix is formulated to nourish your unique body.
