Want to serve a fancy dinner without slaving away in the kitchen? Look no further than this one-pan pesto chicken recipe! We like to use our simple basil pesto recipe, but feel free to use a store-bought version to make it a little easier. Packed with 47 grams of protein per serving, the meal is a quick-‘n-easy, delicious meal!

          1. Spray sheet pan and preheat oven to 400.
          2. In a large ziploc bag toss chicken with potatoes and pesto.
          3. Pour onto sheet pan and bake for 35 minutes.
          4. Add asparagus and cook another 10 minutes until asparagus is tender.
          5. Top with cherry tomatoes and enjoy!
