Slow Cooker Beef and Broccoli

Megan Ostler, Michelle Alley

TOTAL TIME:3 hr 40 min

This classic dish has all the flavor without all the fuss! Traditionally, this dish is loaded with sodium. To keep it in check, look for low-sodium soy sauce and beef broth. Cutting the steak into thin slices cuts down on cooking time and infuses flavor all the way through. So skip the takeout and let the crockpot do all of the work.
