#TeamRivs: Links to Tommy River Puzey’s iFit Programs

For every Tommy Rivers Puzey workout our members complete on Monday, August 3, 2020, iFit will donate $1 per mile to the Puzey family. To help you get started, you can find all of Tommy’s iFit series and workouts listed below! Share your workouts with us by tagging #TeamRivs and @iFit 


It’s no secret that Tommy Rivers Puzey is the true definition of an athlete. He’s dedicated his life to his love of endurance races, specializing in exercise physiology, health, wellness, nutrition, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. His guidance, knowledge, and love of movement make him an incredible athlete and a wonderful coach who pushes others to challenge themselves—mind and body.

Tommy has led dozens of runs and rides for iFit, inspiring users on their own journeys to improving their fitness. He’s one of our most beloved iFit Trainers, and it’s clear why our community loves him and his leadership.

Our heart goes out to Tommy and his family at this difficult time, so we are encouraging our members to honor him by completing his workouts. That way, you can show your support while giving his family privacy.

If you’d like to join us in lending our support, we’ve rounded up all of his iFit series and workouts for you here. As you get started, you may find yourself reciting a few of his famous lines:

“Rage on!”

Tommy’s iFit Programs

Biking series

We know Tommy for his love of running, but the King of the Mountain Series is a testament to his incredible versatility. Ride with him through the mountains of Switzerland to take in the lush landscape, learn about the region, and challenge yourself with steep climbs and winding roads. Like his running series, he’ll coach and educate you on proper form and the importance of recovery as you ride. He’ll remind you to “love the pain” in every workout!

Running series

Are you new to running or you just want to build your endurance for distance running? We recommend starting with the Iberian Beginner Series and progressing through the programs below, in order. Tommy will coach you every step of the way, helping you to focus on proper form, adequate recovery, and progressive mileage.

Cultural runs

Global Workouts are an incredible way to see the world, right from the comfort of your home. Tommy traveled the world for some of our most incredible series, exploring Greece, Argentina, and even the Grand Canyon in the United States. These series are beautiful, educational runs with Tommy offering history, education, and fitness expertise along the way.

Cultural walks

Looking for more walks around the world with Tommy? These individual cultural walks are a great way to explore the beauty of breathtaking locations like Spain, Morocco, and Portugal.

Races with Tommy

Ready to race? These two individual workouts with Tommy are a great challenge if you’re ready to try your hand at a timed race.
