Turkey Arugula Salad

Megan O

TOTAL TIME:10 min

Arugula is one of my favorite bases for salad. It has a peppery flavor that’s delicious with creamy avocado, crunchy pistachios, and a tangy lemon dressing. Homemade dressings are simple to make and are often lower in calories and fat than your typical store-bought dressings.
This unique dressing is definitely low in calories and has a delicious citrus kick!
