Vegan Caprese BLT Salad

If you are a fresh basil and tomato lover, you are going to love this salad! Don’t let the vegan bacon scare you away. It provides a nice smokey flavor. Plus, when it’s paired with peppery arugula, sweet basil, and fresh tomatoes, it combines into the perfect flavor combination. This was one of my favorites while on the vegan diet. Even though I might use real bacon in the future, I definitely want to make this again and again!
