What is the Fall Cup?
Your invitation to race with intention
Your invitation to race with intentionThree weeks. Three races. Your chance to earn your spot on the leaderboard.
The 2026 iFIT & Ergatta Fall Cup is a virtual fitness competition with a different approach. You’ll have three weeks to compete in three races, with each race open for a full week. Your best cumulative performance will count toward your category’s leaderboard. Those with the best times in their categories will win physical medals!
- Race 1: Mon. 10/12 12 p.m. ET - Mon. 10/19 11:59 a.m. ET
- Race 2: Mon. 10/19 12 p.m. ET - Mon. 10/26 11:59 a.m. ET
- Race 3: Mon. 10/26 12 p.m. ET - Mon. 11/2 11:59 a.m. ET
- Make up week: Mon. 11/2 12 p.m. ET - Mon. 11/9 11:59 a.m. ET

Every Fall Cup race requires a connected heart rate monitor to protect fairness and integrity.² Your heart rate must stay paired for the full duration of the event for your results to count.
Not paired yet? Here's how to connect yours:
This requirement keeps every result rooted in physiological effort, not manipulated inputs.
Need a monitor?

You can race each event as many times as you’d like, and your fastest time for each race will be recorded. At the end of the Fall Cup, the fastest overall times across all three races for each category will earn 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.

Results are segmented across gender, age groups, and modality, allowing you to compare your performance with others in your category rather than against a single global leaderboard.
The top 20 finishers from each category will be reviewed by iFIT and Ergatta. Abnormal results will be removed, but you’re welcome to race again. Even in a friendly competition, trust matters.

At the end of the three weeks, the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners of each category will receive exclusive physical medals and Ergatta socks. These will be free for winners with no shipping cost.
