Have not taken the time posting this week, but did have success, weighted in today with the nutritionist and lost 4 pounds, going the right direction. Chris

I took Sunday off, but got right back at it this evening and made 30 minutes, 1.3 mile, 155 cal. I will stay at 30 minutes for this week and try and do some twice a day when possible.

Today was day 2 for me and I had a busy schedule, but did get a 20 minute walk in this afternoon one the treadmill.

Joined today, just bought my treadmill. I am 6'6" and 360#'s. First goal 36#'s. I will need all the encouragement I can get. I walked 15 minutes today.
