any rowers out there? love to see what you all are doing and what kind of works-out you are doing.

What kind of heart monitor works with the nordictrack systemv(rower) and Ifit. I have a Wahoo, but I don't think they play together.

I'm very new to Ifit and I just got the Nordictrack Rower. I did my first session yesterday and I thought it was pretty easy. The instructor said to go 20-22 strokes per minutes, I was not able to go that slow and the up it to 28-30 strokes per minute again very easy. I am in no way shape or form should be able to this training with ease. I might be doing something wrong. I thought the trainer is suppose to adjust the intensity. Am I missing something? I would appreciate any help you can give me.
