The Arizona National Scenic Trail is a complete non-motorized path, stretching 800 diverse miles across Arizona from Mexico to Utah. The trail is divided into 43 individual passages climbing and descending from one “sky island” mountain range to another, gaining and losing thousands of feet in elevation and traversing biomes ranging from desert to boreal forest. Passage 1 starts at the U.S.-Mexico border and continues to the Parker Canyon Lake Trailhead. This iFit Workout covers part 4 of passage 1, starting past Bear Spring and ending at Rattlesnake Spring.
