Don’t have time in your day for a 45 minute workout? Well we have just the solution. We’ve designed an elliptical program with 10-20 minute workouts for those crazy, busy, and impossible seeming days. Each workout is time-based and includes programmed resistance.

The 12 workouts will vary from intervals to sustained intensity, but will build off the previous workout in difficulty and time. Get a good, sweaty workout in as little as 10 minutes!
