Every great run starts with what you do off the road
Marathon training puts serious demands on the body. The miles add up, and so does the strain on joints, muscles, and connective tissue. Runners who build recovery and strength work into their training tend to stay more consistent and arrive at race day in better shape than those who focus on running alone.
NordicTrack and iFIT come together to support runners at every stage of marathon preparation, from first-time finishers to those chasing a new personal best. Intelligent equipment and expert-led coaching work in sync to create a complete at-home training experience, giving runners the structure they need as race day approaches.
A connected training ecosystem, built for runners
iFIT is a connected fitness platform that combines intelligent equipment, immersive training content, and expert coaching to create a more personalised training experience.
The NordicTrack Ultra 1 Reformer brings Pilates-based strength and mobility work home, guided by world-class iFIT Trainers. Whether you are building hip and core stability to support running mechanics, or working through active recovery between long run days, the Ultra 1 Reformer delivers structured, expert-led sessions without leaving the house.
Beyond Pilates, iFIT offers trainer-led strength, mobility, and recovery sessions across every modality to support the full demands of marathon training, helping runners stay consistent and progress from one session to the next.
Win the foundation behind your marathon training
Enter for your chance to win a NordicTrack Ultra 1 Reformer and a 1-year iFIT Pro membership, a complete at-home cross-training setup designed to support structured marathon preparation. From guided recovery sessions and mobility work to strength and Pilates, the NordicTrack and iFIT experience brings accountability and structure to every phase of training, all from the comfort of home.
