Life can be sssooo distracting .... ugh!!!! Two down, lots more to go to catch up! I need my booty kicked for getting so far behind! But at least I did it today ... yay!

Whew! i might can get used to these hour long workouts! Or perhaps stick with the 30 minute ones and increase the intensity. And advice on which?

Since I don't get the pretty scenery to admire while I exercise like others, I put in the Disney movie Mulan and laughed my way right through two workouts!!! It was great! Hope I can move tomorrow = )

Ok, Can anyone advise??? I've heard you need to stretch before and after a workout. But then I heard you just need to warm up your muscles before the workout and stretch after. That it was bad for your muscles to stretch them cold. Maybe some of you runners out there can clear this up..... confused!
