Decided I'm going to train for a 5k and work my way up to a 1/2 marathon, hopefully the tinker bell half marathon. I'm extremely new to this so do any of you have advice? Such as how to improve time, how to avoid side aches, how many times a week to train, etc.?

Is there any way (app or what not) to track the activity you do at the gym? The ifit device is hooked in at my device at home but is not compatible with my gyms equipment. Can you manually add your workout or have an app track it? Thanks!

Excited to say I'm starting back up tomorrow! This will be the last time you see this post from me! Why? Because I wont quit or take a long break again! Time to buckle down and be consistent! How do YOU stay consistent with your workouts? Any advice is appreciated :)
