Day 7 of my first week and I made a mistake of weighing myself today. Weigh exactly the same- not down even half a pound. I knew I shouldn't have even weighed. And really my purpose is not so much weightloss as fitness. However...I have gained 20 pounds in the last 4 years and now I'm within 5 pounds of my top weight - ever- so I'm a little worried about the weight this time. I also will be 51 soon and that is playing mind games with me in terms of what I think I am capable of doing. I'm afraid I will give myself a 'pass' because I think I am old. Wow - it really is a mind thing isn't it?
