Lol, I guess, I forgot hitting the return button would post my comment. Long story short, I had a goal of completing an iron man competition. The plan was to use my norditrak cross country skier and my 1050 spin bike to cut weight along with hiking. Get to 160 pounds from 207 or higher. I actually forgot my weight. After breaking 180, a car wreck sidelined me. Back, neck, knee and shoulder issues along with surgery to repair my shoulder and 14 months later. Here we go again.!!! Starting weight this time around is 203 and the first ride on my 1050 was 6.6 miles in 30 minuets... Here we go!
