It is crazy warm here for this time of year (62!). I had to take advantage and go outside for a sunny, yet breezy run (8 miles) on the trail. It was delightful. Perhaps I will be more prepared for another couple months on the treadmill.

Welcome Corrinne! I am fairly new to the iFit thing too and am enjoying it. I find it helps motivate me to get up off my keester when I am tired. On the matter of color viewing, I use my iPad. I set it up on the treadmill and watch the scenery go by. It isn'[t as nice as being outside but it is great in the lousy winter weather. Have fun!

Hey gang! I tried iFit's suggested Balsamic Salmon recipe last night. I also cooked some white beans, Italian seasoned diced tomatoes, and some chunked baked potatoes. IT ROCKED THE HOUSE! We highly recommend it.
