I thought this workout was worth sharing: /workout/5dd414ff25322c008f7a469f Day 2 completed yesterday with this beautiful, fairly flat run, sunny run near a beach in California. Perfect for a gloomy weekend. Nice to know that my standing, walking, and stairs at school has kept me fit enought that my times havent dropped dramatically on my Freestrider. I seem to enjoy the run of the day.

I have no good excuse. Sorry I have missed all my friends. I have been busy with life. Yes, I do keep on my feet; however, I am not challenging myself. Need the motivation and accountability to get back on track with my yoga and freestrider 9i. Thank you all and I hope you all had a blessed Thanksgiving.

Hope all is well. Although I haven't been on my machine, I have been active. I am averaging 12,000 steps daily at my job. If weather and behaviors are good we are also biking on the track between 5-30 minutes. Also up & down several flights of stairs. On a positive note, I have started PT again for my spine. Thank you all for not giving up on me. When school is finished you will see me on my machine more, along with yoga and AbDoer.

Please pray I can get out of this funk I am in. I feel like I have failed you all, as well as myself. Machine has been unplugged need new extension cord. But the main problem is my depression and pain levels (due to sever weather shifts in WI.)

Happy New Year all. Ok so I am starting my challenge again. I plan to start now (yes, before the new year.) Who would like to join me. Minimum of a Mile a day - How many days straight can we make it? It is hard for me because I struggle getting up early in the morning before work. What are your obstacles.?
