Ok I've just started a walking program. I do want some elevation but I can't overdo it right now. Also I can't walk for very long right now. The longest so far is 2 miles and that was pushing it. I have a bad knee and back and other health issues. . I'm SO trying to strengthen them. Any help would be so appreciated. Most of the workouts on here are for runs, which I cannot do. Hopefully someday. If anyone has any good low key under 2mile walks, please could you share with me? Thank you so much! Also I have a question, I created a workout near my home that had inclines but when I walked it was all flat. Did I do something wrong in creating it? I'm just SO green yet! :) Thank You for any info you can give!
