I joined in Jan 2014, but, really starting taking exercise more serious in Mar 2016. I mentally feel like I'm younger than I am, but, the body doesn't always agree. Trying to beat the numbers! :-)
I like to go for brisk walks on my Nordic Track 2150. I also like to use the maps created by my fellow followers.Exercise is a commitment and I take it seriously.

Many years ago, I used to race, and I loved it. Cycling to me is therapy for my soul. Unfortunately, life happens, and while I love being a pilot, I need to get back into the groove and in shape.
Simply trying to maintain all aspects pf my health as I suffer from chronic and deadly illness. I love life, travel, and try not to take the little things in life for granted. New Yorker!
