GETTING HEALTHY IS THE BEST CHOICE I COULD HAVE EVER THOUGHT TOO DO!!! I LOVE TO RUN -- BUT MY POOR KNEES WONT ALLOW ME TOO -- SO I HAVE TO STICK WITH CYCLING - AND ENJOY IT AS WELL.!!!
I am trying with such difficulty to loose weight, to be healthier, to be a better Father. I want to loose for weight for me; in doing I know I can be better Father a better "Kevin" and enjoy life :-)
Even though it says that I've been an iFit member since 2011, my mileage really started in June 2014. I really enjoy the maps, the challenges, and meeting and engaging people here.
Newbie to treadmill workout. Currently training for a timed team relay run - 8KM each within an 1hr. I have no experience with running and would like to complete a couple of 10km events this year.
