40 yr old mum looking to get fit and healthy, having lost 2st already through healthy eating and being more active, i've hit a stalling point, so we've invested in a treadmill to get back on track.

Happily married to Fred for 52 years. I walk daily and eat a healthy diet to help prevent cancer returning (Stage 4 Ovarian cancer, diagnosed in March '99). So far so good (fingers & toes crossed).

I live in Billings Montana. Decided to get in shape about 2 1/2 years ago. Bought my Freemotion treadmill and went to town. I have a desk job so hard to get active. Need to get back into a routine.
Even though it says that I've been an iFit member since 2011, my mileage really started in June 2014. I really enjoy the maps, the challenges, and meeting and engaging people here.
