I started running a few years ago, but had to stop during the icy MN winters and didn't always bother starting over in the spring. I got a treadmill in March, 2013 and don't stop for anything now!

Recovering from 2018; carpal and Cubital tunnel surgery. Caregiving to my Mom, and losing her. Ending 2018 w/full abdominal hysterectomy. 2019 will be mine & when I turn 49 I will be healthy again!
"I'm in love with cities I have never been to and people I have never met" 2019 goals: take 2391 mi to at least 3000 and get back to daily run/walk.

Even though it says that I've been an iFit member since 2011, my mileage really started in June 2014. I really enjoy the maps, the challenges, and meeting and engaging people here.
Before my 4 beautiful angels I was a size 6, and at my biggest a size 22 now I can now see my end goal :) 10kg left then maintain a FIT, HEALTHY and HAPPY life style.

I’ll be married 20 years this year. I'm a Christian but respect those with different beliefs. My children have fur and 4 legs but luckily for me all my nieces and nephews have only 2 legs.. Lol
