I've run 3 marathons but my last one was 9 years ago. So I'm focused on training for my 4th, and I'm really looking forward to incorporating Ifit; it's awesome.
I like to go for brisk walks on my Nordic Track 2150. I also like to use the maps created by my fellow followers.Exercise is a commitment and I take it seriously.
I created the iRunMaps.com website where you can search for iFit coach videos and maps by keyword, coach, location, incline and distance then schedule on your iFit equipment
I run once or twice a week during the winter...the spring summer & autumn are taken-up with gardening, golf & work....And don't forget the grandchildren of course !

Even though it says that I've been an iFit member since 2011, my mileage really started in June 2014. I really enjoy the maps, the challenges, and meeting and engaging people here.
