Retired at least...nice to be "independently wealthy" with the time to do what I really wanted to do for many years
I like to go for brisk walks on my Nordic Track 2150. I also like to use the maps created by my fellow followers.Exercise is a commitment and I take it seriously.
I started running a few years ago, but had to stop during the icy MN winters and didn't always bother starting over in the spring. I got a treadmill in March, 2013 and don't stop for anything now!
Goal: To stand on my head on my 75th birthday in August, 2015. Some people never grow up, I hope I'm one of them!
I'm a Dreamer... I dream of becoming fit and healthy. I am no longer starting from scratch... in fact, I have lost 75# June 15, 2018. I still have a few more to go.
I'm a walker not a runner! Every now and then I challenge myself to a straight month of daily workouts. Otherwise I'm a bit sporadic. Maybe ifit will help.

Recovering from 2018; carpal and Cubital tunnel surgery. Caregiving to my Mom, and losing her. Ending 2018 w/full abdominal hysterectomy. 2019 will be mine & when I turn 49 I will be healthy again!

Even though it says that I've been an iFit member since 2011, my mileage really started in June 2014. I really enjoy the maps, the challenges, and meeting and engaging people here.
I have had many major changes in my life over the past 2 years. Now it is time I focus on me. I realize I am happier when I exercise and as the weight comes off; I am finding my true self again.
I have been an avid hiker since 2013. I love being able to get in extra indoor workouts on my treadmill.
Before my 4 beautiful angels I was a size 6, and at my biggest a size 22 now I can now see my end goal :) 10kg left then maintain a FIT, HEALTHY and HAPPY life style.
