Currently work as an Information Systems Analyst for Lockheed Martin. Need to lose about 30 pounds because that is what I gained after I got out of the Army. I need to fit back into my size 8 jeans.

I like to go for brisk walks on my Nordic Track 2150. I also like to use the maps created by my fellow followers.Exercise is a commitment and I take it seriously.
I started running a few years ago, but had to stop during the icy MN winters and didn't always bother starting over in the spring. I got a treadmill in March, 2013 and don't stop for anything now!

Love running in the winter time. I go on and off with running actual races, but I continue in the comfort of my basement to maintain a regular schedule. Heart healthy is my goal.
I require a reboot to my fitness program. It's important to focus on me. To make time for a regular workout to improve my overall health.

Before my 4 beautiful angels I was a size 6, and at my biggest a size 22 now I can now see my end goal :) 10kg left then maintain a FIT, HEALTHY and HAPPY life style.
