Smoked for 39 yrs, quit in 2005. Was 235 lbs, and in 4 months got down to 172 lbs. Used the SPAM diet (Simply Push And Move). After numerous surgeries slowly getting me back into shape.

I had surgery 10 yrs ago to remove a mass from my spinal cord which temporarily disabled me. Every workout is a small victory for me.
