Led by iFIT Trainer and Olympic gold medalist Alex Gregory, this immersive training experience takes you to the dramatic waterways of Lofoten, Norway, where every stroke is an opportunity to unlock a new level of rowing performance. He will share his vast knowledge and experience to help you become a stronger, more purposeful rower.

This carefully designed and structured series is structured to help you improve your endurance, strength, and HIIT power on the rower. Each workout builds on the last, helping you feel yourself grow with each session. Alex will be there to guide you through each move, helping you focus on stroke efficiency while also building control and output.

Across eight workouts, you’ll cycle through a strategic mix of training, including:

  • Long endurance rows to develop stamina
