Find Your Favorite with the Meet Your Trainers Challenge
Some trainers push you harder. Some slow you down enough to notice your own progress. The only way to know which one actually clicks for you is to try them out yourself; that's the inspiration behind the Meet Your Trainers Challenge.
No single training style to commit to. No pressure to pick a favorite right away. Just workouts that help you figure out what works for you.
How it works
Each Challenge includes 8 workouts led by a variety of iFIT Trainers. You can move through them at your own pace and on your own schedule as you get to know some of our members’ favorite iFIT Trainers.
Complete all 8 workouts in the Rowing or Reformer Pilates Challenge by September 30, or all 8 workouts in the Strength Challenge by October 1, and you'll earn a digital reward for your Trophy Case.
Here are this month’s Challenges:
Rower workouts
Rowing: Row alongside member-favorite iFIT Trainers like Alex Gregory and Casey Gilbert this month and discover which style clicks for you. No pressure to be perfect, just show up, and see which trainer moves you.
