I've run 3 marathons but my last one was 9 years ago. So I'm focused on training for my 4th, and I'm really looking forward to incorporating Ifit; it's awesome.

Hello from my treadmill in Cardiff... I started running in November 2013. I've taken a year away from running to have a baby, born July 2016! Now trying to lose the baby weight and get fit again 😬
I started running a few years ago, but had to stop during the icy MN winters and didn't always bother starting over in the spring. I got a treadmill in March, 2013 and don't stop for anything now!

Even though it says that I've been an iFit member since 2011, my mileage really started in June 2014. I really enjoy the maps, the challenges, and meeting and engaging people here.

I am determined to get back in shape. My goal was to lose 100 pounds.After losing 50-I gained back 28. So, back to Weight Watchers. Water aerobics 2X a week. Want to treadmill 2X a week. Mall walk 1X
I have started using this Treadmill, but in Goa, India I have to run on the Road or Beach. I have increased my exercise schedule. Lets see the difference in 3 - 6 months.
