iFIT 2022 Milestones: Everything You Need to Know

READ TIME:4 min.

Ready to make 2022 your year? Being part of the iFIT community means you have a team behind you offering support as you chase your goals. Whether you want to run your first mile or just incorporate healthy habits into your daily life, we’re here to help you feel motivated as you work toward your goals.

Tracking your progress is one of the keys to establishing good habits. To help and support you along the way, we’ve created milestones.

Complete workouts with iFIT and we’ll track your progress throughout the year. Along the way, you’ll earn exclusive rewards for your workout achievements! We reset milestones every year, starting on January 1. Now, you can view all of your milestones year by year in the Trophy Case!

Milestones FAQs

What are milestones?

Milestones are the total year-to-date count of your completed iFIT workouts. They run from January 1 to December 31 and restart at the beginning of each new year.

Each of your milestones marks a significant workout feat. There’s no workout too big or small! Whenever you reach a significant milestone, we’ll send you an email or a push notification, along with exclusive rewards from the iFIT Shop!

How can I track my milestones?

You can view your iFIT milestones in the “Trophy Case” tab under “Milestones” in the iFIT app or your iFIT-enabled equipment. From there, you can view your current workout count for the year to see how many workouts you’ve completed with iFIT. You can see which milestones you’ve already achieved, view upcoming milestones, and look at your rewards in your Trophy Case. The workout count updates in real time after you finish a qualifying iFIT workout.

Which workouts qualify for milestones?

Any workout in the iFIT Library counts, including Google Maps™ workouts. There are a wide variety of workouts available for you in the Library as you pursue your milestones, including iFIT Mind™ meditations, quick strength workouts, yoga, and so much more!

Unfortunately, manual workouts do not count toward your milestones. iFIT members must have a paid and active membership to be considered. Secondary users are also eligible to receive milestone rewards as long as the primary account hosting them has an active membership. Secondary users qualify for all rewards, except the 1 free month of iFIT. Primary account holders will receive 1 free month, which extends to all users on the iFIT account.

Will I get a reward for every workout I complete?

No, you will not. We have specific milestones you can reach and earn rewards for in 2022:

Milestones where you’ll receive a reward:

  • 100 workouts: An exclusive iFIT t-shirt
  • 200 workouts: 1 free month of iFIT added to your membership*
  • 300 workouts: An iFIT flag for your workout space
  • 400 workouts: $100 gift card to the iFIT Shop
  • 500 workouts: An exclusive iFIT sweatshirt and an entry into a drawing for a trip to the iFIT Studio**
  • 600 workouts: An additional entry into the drawing for a trip to the iFIT Studio
  • 700 workouts: An additional entry into the drawing for a trip to the iFIT Studio

*The 200 workout reward of 1 free month of iFIT only applies to the primary iFIT account holder.

What are milestone emails?

We’ll send you an email when you reach the following milestones:

Emails: 1, 20, 50, 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700

How can I redeem my rewards?

You’ll redeem your reward using a link in the email.

What are milestone push notifications?

We’ll send a push notification to your mobile device when you reach the following milestones:

Push notifications: 5, 10, 15, 25, 35, 75, 150, 250, 350, 450

When will I get an email or push notification?

You’ll receive a milestone email or push notification the day after you reach a milestone. You can view milestones right away in your Trophy Case.

Who receives these emails and push notifications?

To ensure you receive emails from iFIT, please make sure that within your account settings, you have:

  • Chosen to receive emails about Challenges, Live Races, milestones, and promotional discounts.
  • Selected your country.

To ensure that you receive these emails in your inbox and not your spam or junk folder, please add iFIT to your safe sender list.

To ensure you receive push notifications from iFIT, please read this post about how to turn them on

Note: iFIT accounts must be in current standing or active when your milestones are reached. Users with free, paused, or inactive accounts will not receive milestone emails or the associated rewards. However, if you renew your membership or decide to join, your past qualifying workouts will still count toward your overall workout total, but you will not receive past rewards. If you have an iFIT membership that was included with the purchase of a piece of iFIT-enabled equipment, you qualify for milestones during the duration of that membership.

If you meet all of the above requirements and still have not received any emails after completing workouts that have been saved this year, please visit our Contact Us page or email Support@iFIT.com, so we can look into the issue.
