Fierce and Female: The Women’s Power Challenge

From hard-earned first-place finishes to thriving businesses and other incredible feats, the women of iFIT have a laundry list of astounding achievements. Our diverse family of iFIT Trainers is full of accomplished women who inspire us to push for greatness — whether that’s going for an extra rep, another minute, or just one more mile. 

The Women’s Power Challenge is a unique opportunity to highlight many of the female trainers who make the iFIT Experience memorable and impactful. This month, you’ll revisit your favorite trainers and get to know new faces in each Challenge level. So, who can you expect to work out with? Ashley Paulson, Hannah Eden, Sally McRae, Jen Hudak, Susan Francia, Kayla Itsines, and Faith Hunter are just a few of the many talented women included in the Women’s Power Challenge!

If you complete all of the workouts from your selected level for the Women’s Power Challenge by May 31, 2022, you’ll earn an exclusive digital reward that will be viewable in your Trophy Case. Get ready to work hard with your favorite female iFIT Trainers!

Here are this month’s Challenge levels:

Treadmill and elliptical workouts

Women's Power Challenge – Tread & Elliptical Workouts

Walking: Trek around the world with Hannah Eden, Stacie Clark, and other popular female iFIT Trainers on your treadmill or elliptical. During these 8 walking workouts, you’ll visit Bolivia, Hawaii, Aruba, Antigua, and more!

Join Women’s Power Challenge: Walking

Hiking: Head out on some incredible hikes with Heather Jenson, Lydia Bradey, and more of your favorite female iFIT Trainers on your treadmill or elliptical. These 8 hiking workouts feature exciting inclines in Nepal, Utah, Ecuador, and other scenic locations!

Join Women’s Power Challenge: Hiking

Running: Run your heart out with Sanya Richards-Ross, Sally McRae, and other incredible female iFIT Trainers on your treadmill or elliptical. You’ll work through 8 running workouts and explore the landscapes of Iceland, Costa Rica, Croatia, and more!

Coasting:  Explore beaches, canyons, and other unique landscapes in Montana, the Cayman Islands, and more. In these 8 cycling workouts, you’ll pedal alongside Jen Hudak, Ashley Paulson, Jenny Fletcher, and more inspiring female iFIT Trainers!

Join Women’s Power Challenge: Coasting

Cycling: Work on your pedal stroke and build endurance with Heather Jenson, Nicole Meline, and more of your favorite female iFIT Trainers. Take on exciting rides in Japan, Oregon, Norway, and other picturesque destinations!
