Grilled Orange Ginger Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce (gluten-free, if needed)
  • ½ cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a plastic bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium heat. Cook the tenderloins for 10 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  3. Allows to rest 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
