Ingredients
- 2 pounds pork tenderloin
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce (gluten-free, if needed)
- ½ cup fresh orange juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
- ½ teaspoon salt
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a plastic bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat. Cook the tenderloins for 10 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Allows to rest 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
